When we first started working with Part Time Professionals our national training solution involved a lot of face-to-face workshops. Not only was this not cost effective, it also wasn’t scalable given the size of our organisation and projects. Part Time Professionals undertook a training needs analysis in the first instance that clearly outlined areas of improvements. This helped us articulate and break down the best learning outcomes. We’ve been really impressed with how easily they can pick up quite technical content, digest it and explain it in fairly simple terms for our frontline staff. They have a real knack at storytelling and their e-learning products and scenario-based workshops have been well received by all our teams. By providing us with both the road map and tools, Part Time Professionals have turn our fragmented training programme into a seamless and integrated solution. We love working with Part Time Professionals – they are just as passionate about helping our organisation learn as we are.

Jasmine and the team from Part Time Professionals make things happen. They grasp the vastness of the situation quite quickly and then bring in structure and create forward momentum. We share a similar philosophy on learning - that it should be dynamic and engaging for the learning, so it's really easy to work with them. I like the fact that they are innovative and focused on solutions. They'll bring ideas to the table that are a bit edgy to push our thinking but will also make sure it works within budget and scope. With Jasmine and her team we always get better results in less time.

Part Time Professionals created a digital learning module for our partners at the Ministry for Primary Industries and New Zealand Customs on CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora). We were very impressed with the dedication and effort they put into the modules, and have had a lot of feedback about how visually stunning they are, and how fun the modules are to complete. It's a pleasure to work with them and we hope to work with them again soon.
